We accept refunds or replacements for
faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
If there’s an issue, please contact us
within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos
of the item.
Due to the nature of our supply chain, we
do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Approved refunds will be processed back to
the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your
payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable,
unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
