To help keep our prices low, some products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and China. This allows us to offer a wider range of products without passing unnecessary costs on to our customers.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
