At Off Leash Pet Supply Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality pet products at competitive prices.
To help keep our prices low, some products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and China. This allows us to offer a wider range of products without passing unnecessary costs on to our customers.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand

  • Australia

If you are located outside these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, dispatch location, and courier performance.

New Zealand:
5–14 business days

Australia:
7–14 business days

Please note:

  • Orders may be shipped from different warehouse locations

  • Items within the same order may arrive separately

  • Rural or remote addresses may require additional delivery time

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any applicable free-shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including:

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Off Leash Pet Supply Co is not responsible for delivery delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
